• Mobile or paper ticket accepted.
• One per booking.

Prices

• VAT is included in all Tour prices.

Meeting and pickup

• We pick up all our customers 
• Pick up and Drop off is included in the tour price
• Drop off place is same as pick up place
• Pick up from all Hotels, Guesthouses, Ports and Airbnb in Reykjavík, Hafnarfjördur, Kópavogur, Garðabær and Mosfellsbær available 
• Travelers on our Private Tours do not need to wait at designated bus stops for pick up unless they prefer to do so. For the Private Tours we pick up directly from places mentioned above
• For our Private Tours your guide will meet you in the lobby if you are staying in a Hotel or Guesthouse or simply outside of the address stated in your reservation. The guide will be holding a sign with your name on it.
• Cruise ship customers will be picked up from designated pick up points for pre booked tours located at the cruise terminal area. There will be a sign with your name on it in the window of the pick up vehicle

• Guidance in English
• In-person guide is licensed or certified
• In-person guide is also the driver
• Air-conditioned vehicle

Cancellation Policy

• For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the Private Tour 
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the Private Tour start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the Private Tour start time will not be accepted
• Cut-off times are based on the Private Tour local time
• Subject to favorable weather conditions. If the Private Tour is canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund
• For a full refund for any of the experiences or Spa's found on our website, cancelation time prior to the start of the experience is based on the information given on the booking document you receive after you book the experience 
• If experience is cancelled, cancelation and refund terms are based on information given on the booking form of the experience 

Responsibility and Liability

• BTH Travel reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries should the necessity arise, due to adverse weather or road conditions
• No responsibility is taken for losses or expenses due to injury, negligence, weather, damages, delay or changes of flights or other unforeseeable causes

Before You Go

• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended for all tours 
• Children‘s safety car seats available upon request free of charge
• If you have special requests/needs for the Tour, please send us an email before Tour date and we will try our best to meet your requests/needs 

Privacy policy

• BTH Travel will not share any information provided by our customers when booking our products with third parties 
• Buyer information will not be disclosed to any third party under any circumstances 

Venue Act

• BTH Travel operates in accordance with Icelandic law and regulation and is therefore subject to Icelandic jurisdiction in the event that disputes may arise
